Hey I went to Wack! Art and the Feminist Revolution on Saturday at the Geffen Contemporary. It is a HUGE exhibit and some of it really is wack, but there is mostly really cool stuff to look at and learn about. I would recommend if you are in L.A. that you check it out.
I was definitely more attracted to the representational work like Alice Neel's paintings, but there is plenty more to see.
I also really dug Martha Rosler's photomontages especially Nature Girl's Jumping and Hothouse or, Harem. They used the latter for the cover of the catalog.
